The Shadey will not connect to my device as suction cannot be obtained, how do I attach the Shadey?
A Shadey Attachments sticker is supplied with every product, this should be used where suction cannot be obtained on the rear of the device. Peel off the tab on the back of the sticker and stick to the rear surface of your device, let the sticker set before attaching the Shadey.
The Shadey slides easily when connected to the sticker or the back of the device, how do I stop this from happening?
Ensure the suction cup and sticker/rear of the device is free from any grease or oil as this allows the surfaces to slide easily over each other. Wipe the suction cup face and the sticker/or rear of device surface and re-attach the Shadey.
What materials are the products made with?
Various plastic components within the product are made with Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) or PA6 Nylon, both are fully recyclable. Internal springs and pins are made from stainless steel and the suction cup is made from PVC.

Yes we ship to Europe via DHL, shipping costs will be £3.99 – Estimated delivery 5-7 working days

To ensure our customers receive their product as quickly as possible we immediately handle the orders, once your order has been processed we will not be able to make any changes.

My parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 days of order?

My parcel contains damaged goods
As we are a start-up company we pride ourselves on customer service and feedback, we carry out rigorous quality checks on all of our products therefore would be disappointed to hear you have received damaged goods. Should you receive any damaged goods then please send us an email with an attached photograph to email@example.com. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
Exchange and Return
Can I exchange or return my item?
To qualify for an exchange or return, the product must meet the following requirements:
·The product must be in the same new conditions as when received
·The product should be in its original packaging with intact stickers and adhesive labels
·The buyer must pay for the product to be returned to our returns address
A full refund will be made on the price paid. If your item has been purchased using a discount code or at a reduced promotional price then the price paid for the product will be refunded.
Products purchased from a dealer cannot be exchanged or reclaimed with us, please contact your dealer with concerning issues.
